I have no experience in international trade and don’t know how to handle some customs procedures. What should I do?

You can choose the DDP trade term, whose full name is Delivered Duty Paid (named place of destination). It means DOOR TO DOOR&Bilateral customs clearance including taxation. You just need to prepare to receive the goods in your warehouse without worrying about any complicated procedures.
